Can the Bauer Products Compression Latch for 4" Thick Ramp Doors - Matte Black Item # BA87FR be keyed to a lock I already have? I have one of these already and would like to get a 3 more and have them all match.

So this answer will sound weird, but no to the first and yes to the second.

What I mean by that is that we cannot match the locks/keys with previous ones, but we can match the locks/keys when ordered in batches on our website. If you wanted all the # BA87FR latches to match (one key to rule them all, so to say), you would need to order a quantity of 4 and select "Keyed Alike" in the drop down above the "Add to Cart" button.

The original latch you have would need to be removed and kept as a back up or spare in the case of an emergency. Just make sure you keep said removed latch together with the key. Keys are probably the most misplaced things in the world. Well, maybe behind socks that disappear in the dryer (dang dryer gnomes).
