We have a customer wanting to fit his 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L to tow behind his Motorhome with Roadmaster base plate, tow bar and wiring. Can you give me the part numbers of everything we will need to get this done and on the road?

I sure can! I checked with Roadmaster and there are three different options for baseplates for the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L depending on what model your customer has. Only two of them are made by Roadmaster. I have listed the options below next to the model.
Summit - Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit item # RM59ZR
Overland - Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit item # RM77ZR
Standard Grand Cherokee L - Blue Ox Base Plate Kit item # BLU47XR and the Roadmaster Tow Bar to Blue Ox Brackets Adapter item # RM-031 to connect to a Roadmaster Tow bar. Or they can use the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar item # RM-525 which includes the adapter for the Blue Ox baseplate.
Tow Bar and Safety Chains - Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar item # RM-520 and item # RM-643
Wiring Harness - Roadmaster Smart Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Wiring Kit for LED Tail Lights item # RM63MR
Here are some other parts you will need to flat tow a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L:
Supplemental Braking System - SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System item # SM99251 or item # SM99243 if your motorhome has air brakes
High Low Adapter - The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter.
