Will the Blaylock BLTL-34 fit a Demco steel flanged coupler?

I am not sure exactly what Demco coupler you are referring to. The Blaylock # BLTL-34 will work with most 2-5/16" ball couplers with a flat or rolled lip, less than 4-1/2" wide. A good example of a compatible Demco coupler is the Demco 50-Degree A-Frame Trailer Coupler # DM16680-52.
