Where is the model number for a ventline vent.? Thank you

The model and serial number of your vent will be marked with a sticker or stamped on the upper side. Basically open the vent and look down in from the top. It may also be located on the bottom and visible when the screen is removed.
The part # BVC0573-32 you referenced fits the V2119 which is the very common Ventadome.
