Yes, you can! To add a gooseneck hitch to your 2019 Toyota Tundra, I recommend the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch item # BWGNRK1257. This hitch is custom fit and includes all hardware necessary to complete installation on your truck. It has a massive 30,000 lbs capacity. It will fit all three bed lengths of the 2019 Tundra.
To make towing with a 5th wheel easier, I recommend adding the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness item # C56000.
