Replacement Trailer Coupler for T4500600

Question:

Hi - trying to understand the difference in the two pics. My trailer currently has the model shown on the right and I need to replace it. But cant seem to find that exact model. Only seeing the one of the left for sale.

Thanks for the picture. Basically the two actuators are the same but the left is the current design for the # T4500600 so it would be the correct replacement.
