Updated 09/25/2023 | Published 09/24/2023 >
Question:
1. What is the noise decible rating running on low fan? 2. Can this unit be hooked to a thermostat so fan doesnt run when compressor is off. 3. Using on a Palomino pop up truck camper that has an extremely loud dometic ac. Thanks,

Furrion didn't have a decibel level for the Furrion Chill HE Replacement RV Air Conditioner # FR62PV on low fan mode but stated that it would have a maximum decibel level of 80db, so you're most likely going to be around 70db on low. This unit would only replace the rooftop unit of your Dometic system and would still need the Dometic air distribution box and thermostat that you have in order to function. It just responds to the controller for your system which would communicate with the thermostat that you have.
