This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Tesla with included hardware. This kit includes the necessary ball mount and wiring harness. The item # 391TES317 you were looking at is just for accessories like a bike rack.
You will also need the Buyers Products 7-Way RV to 4-Way Flat Plastic Trailer Connector Adapter item # 337TC2074P. Uhaul trailer's typically come with 4-way connectors and the wiring for the Stealth Hitch has a 7-way.
