The closest thing to that would be the replacement adjustment screw kit part # DX43QR that fits Dexter 7k 12 inch assemblies like what you have. This comes with the following:
2 Adjuster springs
1 Left-hand adjuster lever spring
1 Right-hand adjuster lever spring
1 Left-hand adjuster screw assembly
1 Right-hand adjuster screw assembly
2 Adjuster cables
2 Cable anchor hooks
1 Left-hand self-adjusting lever
1 Right-hand self-adjusting lever
