The offset part of the offset Ranch Hitch, # AM3139, is available by itself. It is # AM3140. Current pricing is available on the product page.
The offset is designed to provide more room between the back of the truck and the trailer. It does not provide additional clearance between the truck cab and the trailer to make tight turns. This is because it does not move the trailer pivot point back, it still pivots at the ball.
