Can B and W Patriot Slider be Adapted to 2018 GMC Sierra 2500 with OEM Pucks

Hello, I have a rvk3270 bandw patriot slider 18k hitch and I recently just bought a 2018 gmc 2500hd with the factory puck system. Is there any adapter that would work to hook into my puck system and still be able to use the hitch I already have?

The B and W Patriot Slider hitch is an oddball hitch as it's the only one that can't be used with any of the rail kit adapters. There won't be any way to adapt it to your 2018 GMC Sierra 2500 with an OEM to fit this hitch so best option would be a new hitch like the Companion slider part # BWRVK3770.
