Is this step a direct replacement for the 3 step series 25 on my 2015 Forest River FR3/25DS ?

If you have confirmed that you have a Kwikee 25 Series set of RV steps then yes, the Kwikee Electric RV Step Complete Assembly # LC3658373 would be a direct replacement. This kit is the complete assembly so it will include the motor, control unit, switch kit, and light as well.
