The Air Lift kit part # AL57388 that you referenced does not come with a compressor but you can add one pretty easily with the Air Lift WirelessAIR part # AL58WQ.
This kit allows you to adjust the air pressure from your smart phone using the Air Lift app. This means no additional air lines to run into the cab with large gauges or remotes that require separate batteries. It also has a smart manifold that maintains the air pressure in each bag to within 3psi of your settings while the vehicle is being operated.
