We can definitely set you up to use the Thule Hullavator # TH898 on your 2018 Honda CR-V. For a roof rack I recommend using the Thule Wingbar setup. For a naked roof with no existing rails or crossbars I recommend the following:

Crossbars - Thule WingBar 53" # TH711400

If your vehicle has the factory rails on the roof, you will instead want the following:

Thule makes a very solid roof rack. The Aero bars and low profile and will help minimize road noise. The T-slots on top will allow you to securely install your Hullavator. I have linked a few of our install/review videos below if you want to take a look.
