Will this rod rack fit a Trac One pick up truck rack using those T bolts included?

The Rhino-Rack Fishing Rod Carrier # RR576F T-Slot mounting hardware will fit your TracRac Trac-One crossbar if you have a newer TracRac that also includes the Thule label. When Thule took on the company they reconfigured the crossbars to match with the industry standard, but the original TracRac (before Thule acquired them) didn't have standard T-Slots so it won't fit with the older ones.

With that being said, you can swap out the M6 screws that come with the carrier for longer ones to make it work. Rhino-Rack has their Replacement M6 x 50 mm Button Security Screw for Rhino-Rack Accessories # RR85XB you can get but it only comes with 6 so you'll either need to order 2 sets and keep the extras as spares or order 1 set and source the other 2 screws locally.
