I have a viavelo tow trailer im wondering if the tow bar would fit

Unfortunately, I really have no way of knowing for sure if the Replacement Hitch Arm Assembly for Thule Coaster and Coaster XT Bike Trailers # TH52WV would work with your Via Velo Bike Trailer. My gut instinct would be that they would not work together.
However, they are a pretty similar design. But since they are different manufacturers, they would not have been tested or fitted together. About the only way to know for sure would be to test out the fitment yourself. Not a great answer, but unfortunately, it's the best we have since we do not carry the Via Velo to test out the fitment ourselves.
