Question:

Do you have a front cab air mattress that would fit a 2003 E350 super duty? I only see F350 options. This is in an RV but the cab should be just an Econoline E350.

I do have a potential option for you, but we do not carry a mattress specifically made for the front cab of your 2003 Ford E-350. What we do have is the AirBedz Rear Seat Air Mattress # 341033. As the title suggests, it is made for the rear seat, but could be used in the front as well. I recommend measuring out the space in the cab to be sure. This mattress is 55" long and 35-1/2" wide. A few quick measurements will give you a pretty good idea of what will fit.
