I just bought a trailer hitch from you for our 2018 Toyota Highlander. I would like to know what wiring harness I need if I want to tow a camper.

Welcome back! There's two options for wiring harnesses for your 2018 Toyota Highlander depending on whether or not you have the tow package. I have listed both options below along with a couple of installation videos:
With the Towing Package - Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # 56042
Without the Towing Package - Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C56217
To round out your towing setup, I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" ball and a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop. It also includes a hitch pin and clip, hitch receiver lock with keys, hitch cover, and a storage case.
