According to my research you can flat tow your 1999 Chevy Suburban, but you'll want to confirm this in your copy of the owner's manual. Here are the parts I recommend in order to flat tow your vehicle:
- Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # 3101-1 (if your vehicle doesn't have coil springs)
- etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar # e74ZR
- Heavy Duty Magnetic Tow Lights # TL21RK
- Brake Buddy Classic 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39494
