How Does the Replacement Exterior Pop Up Roof Vent Open

Question:
Replacement Exterior Pop-Up Roof Vent-Item # RV-626-062... How do you get these things open? Im applying a lot of force to the handle but the vent will not budge. Do these only open from the outside? Thanks

The Replacement Exterior Pop-Up Roof Vent # RV-626-062 can only be opened from the outside. To open the vent you're going to need to rotate the handle down or up and push. These aren't terribly hard to open so if it's not still opening you probably have a defective unit.
