Yes, the Yakima BedRock HD Truck Bed Rack item # Y01160-58 is the complete set but it is just a set of crossbars that go over the bed of your 2023 Nissan Frontier. These attach directly to your bed sides with included adjustable locking clamps. They fit the Frontier's without the utili-track system.

There are no towers because this isn't a ladder rack even though it is categorized under that section. There are only two options for ladder racks that fit without the utili-track system and I have listed them below:

I have this truck but with the utility track system. I really like the Bedrock but it looks like it won't work for me? Do you/Yakima make an adapter for the Bedrock so it would be compatible?

@JeffK No, I am sorry Yakima does not. The closest comparable option that does work with the utility track system is the Inno Truck Bed Cargo Rack - C-Channel Mount - Mid-Size Trucks item # INRT102-65.
