how does the original bumpers come off a 2021 silverado 1500 to put the new on dont see a bolt head up in the rubber

There is a bolt head in the center of the factory jounce bumper of your 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 that you will need to remove to remove the factory jounce bumper. You can see this in the attached install video for the Timbren kit part # T28MR.
