Question:

The wrap-around clamps that come with the Hullavator do not fit the Wingbar Evo. Do you have any recommendations?

It sounds like you have an older version of the Thule Hullavator (likely the 897) because the older style is not compatible with the Wingbar Evo crossbars. But, the newer version of the Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Roof Rack and Lift Assist w/ Tie-Downs # TH898 will fit the Wingbar Evo crossbars using the t-slot mounting style. There used to be an adapter kit for the older Hullavator, but it is no longer available.

Your options if this is the case is to either get the # TH898 or switch to Thule Square bars like the Thule SquareBar Evo Crossbars # TH712400.
