I can help you determine the right replacement 6,000 lb double-eye leaf springs for your trailer, though we don't have any way of knowing what specific ones that trailer needs and I couldn't find a reference to the part you mentioned. It's pretty easy though, as all you need to do is measure your current leaf springs from center-to-center of the spring eyes.

Leaf springs also flatten a bit over time, so you should go with ones that measure a bit shorter than what you currently have. For example, if they measured 25-1/2" go with the 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 6,000-lb Trailer Axles - 26" Long # e94SR.
