Question:

I have a 2022 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk 4WD. Previous owner had it wired with a Flat 4 pin 3male tow connector for lights.. Motorhome has a 7 pin blade male. Q1: Will this work with a 7 Way to 5way/4Way Trailer Addaptor? Q2: Do I need a battery charge line for the Cherokee? Q3: Do I need a Smart Diode for the Wiring Harness - i.e. do I have Variable Voltage LED Tail Lights?

The 7-Way to 5-Way/4-Way Trailer Adapter # C35FR you found is for vehicles which have lamp out sensors and are towing a trailer or vehicle with led tail lights. Since your 2022 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk should have a Charge Line # RM-156-25 I recommend using the Roadmaster 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Kit # RM-146-7 to connect your motorhome to the front of your Jeep. This kit includes a 6-way you can install on the front of the Jeep. This gives you the additional wiring needed for running the charge line.

If your Jeep has the rear proximity sensors you are required to use the Roadmaster Wiring Kit with Smart Diodes # RM47ZR since you have the variable voltage tail lights. You may already have these since you mentioned it was previously wired from the other owner.
