Hi Can this one be used for a trailer that has hydraulic surge brakes ? Thanks Curt RockerBall Anti-Rattle Towing Kit - 2 Ball - 5 , 4 Rise - 7,500 lbs Item # C43KR

The Curt Rockerballs like the # C43KR will not interfere with your surge brakes. The movement they allow would not prevent the inertia of your vehicle applying the brakes from activating your surge actuator.
