Question:

Hi, Im looking to buy the Curt Roof Cargo Carrier - C18115. But I am not sure it will fit my factory crossbars on my 2006 hummer h3. I seem to have ran into this problem before. I was told the mounts that were sold to me would most certainly fit the cross bars and after a few trips to my local hardware store and some labor of my own I made it work. After that experience I would like to know Im not going to be facing the fame fate with this product. If you could be of any assistance it would be greatly appreciated.

The Curt roof mounted cargo basket # C18115 fits crossbars up to 3 inches wide and the center to center distance between the crossbars must be at least 15 inches. Curt does not have a fit guide for this product so you have to go by the measurements.

A safer bet would be to go with a basket that has been confirmed to fit the factory roof rack on your 2006 Hummer H3. Other cargo baskets that are confirmed to fit include the following:
