Question:
can a 4.80 x 8 tire and rim with 4 bolt pattern be replaced by a higher speed rated 10 in tire and rim? these are for a Timeout Motorcycle camper trailer

Yes, you could go with a 205/65-10 like the part # AM3H330 which has correct bolt pattern and has an 81 mph speed rating in place of your current 8 inch wheel and tire. The width of this tire is 8.3 inches so you would need to make sure you have the width needed. Keep in mind you want at least one inch of clearance between the trailer frame and the tire sidewall.
