Do you have these mirrors without LED arrow turn signal built into the mirror face, and the heated glass clears frost and ice.? Or can these mirrors with LED arrow turn signal built into the mirror face, be wired up to a truck without LED arrow turn signals? Thank you

We do have the K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirrors Driver # KS62076GE and Passenger # KS62075GE. These mirrors have the powered mirrors with heat but no turn signals for your 2023 GMC Sierra.
You can add the wiring to operate the turn signals in the Driver # KS62076G and Passenger # KS62075G mirrors. You will need to tap into the turn signals on your Sierra and run the wiring to the new mirrors.
