I checked with Konig and can confirm that the Konig Tire Chains item # TH01594267 will fit a 265-65-R18 tire on a 2023 Chevy Colorado. These are sold in pairs.
I have linked an installation video below we did on a 2020 Colorado with a similar set of Konig chains. This will give you an idea of the process. If you have never used chains before I strongly suggest practicing in conditions you won't need them in so you're ready when you do.
