I found your etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" Item # e98869 for my 2023 Nissan Frontier but can you tell me what wiring I need to install a brake controller?

Expert Reply:
I recommend using the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118266 on your 2023 Nissan Frontier. This will connect to the factory tow package wiring. Rather than using the 7-way included with this kit you can use the 4-Way/7-Way # HM40975 in the bumper to give you a factory style connector which also won't require an adapter.
You will then be able to connect the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED24FR using the Harness # RED39FR. The Redarc allows you to mount the small control knob on the dash or in a blank switch panel for a clean appearance.
