You can't get that screw by itself as Thule does not make it available as you are likely aware. The only way to get it aftermarket is by replacing the base assembly that comes with the knob and bolt already, the Replacement Base Assembly for Thule Xsporter Pro Ladder Rack - Right Front or Left Rear Assembly # TH7521367001 or Left Front or Right Rear Assembly # TH7521368001.
