I can definitely help and set you up.
We do have a plug and play harness available for your 2005 Jeep TJ. I recommend the Tekonsha # 118409. This will plug right in below the vehicles driver and passenger side tail lights and give you a 4 flat connector.
If you need to set it up with a 7-way plug we have the # ETBC7 kit. This will include everything you need to upgrade the existing 4 flat to a 7 way connector. This kit is not a plug and play install so it will require a bit of wiring. I have attached a diagram below if you want to take a look.
From there you can install a brake controller. I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195. This is a great all-around brake controller and is very easy to use. Tekonsha is known the be the best quality brake controllers on the market. I have attached a link to a review video for this controller.
