Yes, the DeeMaxx Disc Brake Assembly # DE89YR will fit on a 3,500lb UFP axle. You may need a different Grease Seal # 168255TB depending on the age of your axle. If you have a grease seal with a 1.68" inner diameter this is the seal you will need.
