I am missing a bolt/nut/spring from my spare tire holder can send picture. Can you help me identify and buy a new set of bolts?

It appears you have a spare tire carrier very similar to the Carrier # TR-1. This uses the Replacement Tire Mounting Hardware # 2109 for new spare tire carriage bolts, nuts and spring retainers. It also includes new nuts for the u-bolts which you would only need if you are moving your holder.
