Why Would Trailer Taillight Not Blink When Running Lights are On

Question:
I recently replaced my factory 1157 light / bulbs with Optronics LED tailights. Model number RVSTLOO60RFK. All functions work, except no turn signals when running light are on. What might be causing this problem?

That's either a weak ground (probably not case since it's an LED light) or you have the running lights and the stop/turn circuits backwards which you can test by seeing if the running lights are brighter than the stoplights.
