My 3 year old Max Air Fan does not connect with my remote and when I turn it on at the fan will only run air out , I cannot change speed or change any settings at fan. Batteries replaced how can I try resetting

If your remote isn't working and the controls on the unit aren't responding either then you most likely need to replace the circuit board. For a # MA00-04000K you would need part # MA10A21276K. If you have a different model then let me know and I'd be happy to look for the correct replacement.
