The Replacement Tailgate Top Seal for Pace Edwards Retractable Tonneau Covers # PE99CV does not come with great instructions.

In order to install the Replacement Tailgate Top Seal for Pace Edwards Retractable Tonneau Covers # PE99CV, you will need to start with the tonneau cover completely open. You'll then remove the tonneau railing caps or stop blocks, remove the 2 hex screws at the tailgate of the tonneau rails and remove the rear clamps. You'll then want to lift the end of the rail up to remove an inner screw that will reveal itself (one on each side) and need to be removed with a Phillips head screwdriver. Set the rails back down on the bed rails and tighten the clamps back down and pull the cover beyond the tailgate end of the tonneau rails. Looks like you have already done this. You should then be able to slide the old seal off and slide the new seal on. You may need some soapy water to act as a lubricant during this process.

I may have an easier solution that doesn't involve taking the the whole cover apart, especially if the gasket has pulled out of the track, as the gasket on my new Pace Edwards Tonneau cover has. The inner edge of the gasket is shaped like a "T" in porfile. I found that if you slip the bottom, inner edge of the gasket into the track first, a simple screen roller tool allows you to push the top edge in a little at a time. Worked like a charm.
