will the 3 valves fit 3 pvc pipe ?

The hubs on the Valterra EZ Valve Electric Waste Valve for RV Black Water Tank # E40B-8 will have an inner diameter of 3". PVC pipe is measured by it's internal dimensions so a 3" PVC pipe would actually have a 3.5" outer diameter and would not be compatible with the # E40B-8. You would want to use ABS pipe, which can be purchased in a 3" outer diameter to fit the hubs.
