Solution for MaxxFan Deluxe RV Roof Vent that Won't Turn in Exhaust Mode

Question:

All of a sudden my Max Fan Deluxe will not exhaust out. It works correctly on intake mode but on exhaust mode the motor runs but the blades are not moving same thing in auto mode it’s 88° outside, 79° in the van, temp set at 72° — nothing! Please help It seems like my remote went out of sync with the fan first and then this happened. Exhaust mode not working either from remote, keypad or on auto So — I do have the newer circuit board already installed

Sounds like a problem with the motor since it's not turning in the exhaust direction. For a replacement you'd need the # MA10-20968.
