Im looking for a hitch that will fit a 2015 Nissan Sentra SV.

The Curt Class 1 hitch # C11349 will fit your 2015 Nissan Sentra with the SV package perfectly. The only options it will not fit are the SR, SR Turbo and Nismo packages. This is due to some styling differences causing issues, but the SV package does not include said styling differences so you are good to go.
Just as a side note, if you plan on towing at some point, you will also need the Tekonsha wiring harness # 118582. Tekonsha makes the most reliable wiring harnesses out of all the brands we carry and is the one to go with.
