Recommended MORryde Replacement Pin Box For A Lippert Rhino Box

Question:

Im not sure which pin box I currently have. Im looking for a cushioned pin box like the Moryde. Vehicle max weight is 11,500. Attached are 2 pics of the current Rhino hitch and lLippert Tag. Additionally, my current setup rodes a little nose high and was wondering if this hitch profile is smaller. Thxs

Thank you for the pictures, the Rhino Box has its own bolt pattern so the correct MORryde pin box for your trailer's GVWR is the MORryde Cushioned 5th Wheel Pin Box for 11K to 14K Trailers w/ Lippert Rhino # MR44HR. The king pin is most likely going to sit a bit lower since the Rhino is so small. It looks like you have an extra set of bolt holes above that you could mount the new pin box to help keep the nose a bit more level while towing.

You can also lower the hitch head to lower the nose, but you'll want to ensure you still maintain 6" of space between the nose and top of the bedrails of the truck. Other than that you can raise the suspension of the trailer with either the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit - Tandem Axle # RR23QX or with the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-385-00 if your axles are above your leaf springs.
