Should the Endlinks and Sway Bar of the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar Make a 90 Degree Angle
Updated 06/26/2023 | Published 06/25/2023 >
Question:
My understanding is that the end links and sway bar should make a 90 degree angle and be perpendicular to the ground. In the pictures it looks off. Is that by design and the perpendicular and 90 degree angle are not needed?

When installing the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM25FR on your 2020 GMC Sierra 2500, there is not a set 90 degree angle. You will rotate the anti-sway bar up so that the bracket clamps align with the shock mount bolts. This does bring it more inline with what you are saying, but it likely will not be a perfect 90.
As long as you perform the installation as intended you will be good to go. I have included a copy of the instructions, so you can reference them easily before and during the installation.
