Recommended E-Bike Rack for a 1-1/4 Inch and 2 Inch Hitch w/ a Ramp

Does this have a ramp? Not as strong as i use to be. Need a simple carrier for my ebike.

I have a solution for you but there isn't a ramp included with the Inno Tire Hold Bike Rack item # INH110 and Inno doesn't offer one to be purchased separately. Instead you will want the the Yakima OnRamp item # Y96FR for a 1-1/4" hitch or item # Y36FR for a 2" hitch. The OnRamp isn't what I would call a simple bike rack but it's got some nice features and capabilities.

The Yakima OnRamp has an integrated ramp that stores on the bike rack itself. This keeps it from getting lost and taking up space in your vehicle. It is a frame mounted bike rack so you won't have to worry about damaging any fenders you may have. They both have a 66 lbs per bike capacity and can be used behind any vehicle, motorhome, or trailer. I know you are concerned about weight. These bike racks weigh 39 lbs. As far as e-bike capable bike racks goes they're pretty light.
