Rooftop Cargo Box Fit For 2019 Toyota Sienna For 78 Inch Long Gazelle Gazebo

Question:

On my 2019 Toyota Sienna minivan, I would like to carry a 50 lb portable folded Gazelle gazebo that measures 12” x 12” x 78” when it is packed in its storage bag. I have OVER-stated the specs, just in case I never get it packed down exactly to the 10” x10” x 75” they claim in the specs on their website! 1 Will I be able to load the packed gazebo into the Yakima NX 18 Skybox’s opening if I put it in before anything else? 2 Will the NX 18 Skybox fit on my 2019 Sienna minivan’s factory roof crossbars? If not, any suggestions? 3 Will I have adequate hatch clearance? I have at least 55” of hatch clearance, maybe a half or whole inch more because I like playing it safe by underestimating. First, thanks for the kind words, it is genuinely appreciated. And we do have a solution for a rooftop cargo box for your 2019 Toyota Sienna so you can carry your 12” x 12” x 78” Gazelle gazebo, though the Yakima SkyBox NX 18 Rooftop Cargo Box # Y45AV will be juuuuuuuuuuust shy of being able to. Reason for that is the max length it can carry is 76-3/4" which is a bit too long for the 78" you mentioned needing. BUT....there is a similar box that meets all your criteria, from Thule:

- Thule Force XT XXL Rooftop Cargo Box # TH6359B

The # TH6359B will fit your Sienna's factory crossbars and has internal dimensions of 85-1/2" long x 31" wide x 16-3/4" tall so it has enough space for you to fit your gazebo. You'll even have adequate hatch clearance because it requires 54-3/4" of clearance from the front crossbar to the point your hatch opens, so just under the 55" you said you had.
