Where Does Thule Hullavator Attach to on Yakima Jetstream Crossbar

Question:
Hello-Is there an under bar bracket to attach a Hullavator TH898 bar mount assembly to Yakima Jetstream bars? Thank you for your assistance.

The Thule Hullavator part # TH898 comes with hardware that attaches to the top of the Yakima Jetstream crossbars but there isn't a way to to the bottom channel of your bar.
