Question:
I have a 2021 Rockwood Mini Lite 2507S. I have upgraded battery to 300 amp hr Lipo and added 380 watts of solar panels for a total of 570 watts of solar. I would now like to upgrade the inverter so I can operate the microwave, a coffeemaker, and stick blender. What are my options, and what are your recommendations.

You asked for options, and there are many, so I have linked a page below with our selection, but for 570 watts of solar power, the best option is a pure sine wave inverter with 700 watts of running power:
- Go Power Industrial Pure Sine Wave Inverter - GFCI - 700 Watt - 12V # 34279946
The pure sine wave aspect of this inverter means you get more efficient energy use, it also protects you from over voltage, under voltage, and overcurrent so your appliances stay safe. I also recommend the remote for this inverter which not only powers it on and off but lets you easily monitor the voltage; for that you need the Remote for Go Power Industrial Pure Sine Wave Inverter # 34279999.
