Helpful Expert Reply:
The mop head for the SM Arnold RV Chenille Microfiber Wash Mop # 38185-332 is a rubber material with a slot that matches up and holds the ring at the end of the handle to the mop head. Since there isn't a bolt to tighten these too items together the only way to really secure it would be to drill a hole through the rubber boot and through the handle itself and slip a carriage bolt through and secure it with a nut.
