I have a st155/80d 13 tire. Dont think I have room for the st175/80 13 tire. What 12 size tire and rim will be close to what I have. I have 5 lugs

You'll want to go with the Kenda ST145/80R12 # AM31199DX for a white wheel or # AM35354 for a black wheel. Both of these options have the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern you're needing.
This will be the closest option to your current ST155/80D13 tire size coming at 1" shorter overall and 3/4" narrower so you'll have zero clearance issues.
