Does the rhino rack backbone work on a Ford F150 crew cab? It only list F250 and above.

The Rhino-Rack Backbone Mounting System for Pioneer Platform # RR38QJ is actually specifically meant to work with GMC Sierra and Silverado trucks so it's not going to work with your F-150.
Instead, I recommend checking out the Rhino-Rack Universal Modular Backbone Mounting System for Camper Shells # RR24AT for a long (68") set or # RR57AT for a short (56") set.
These backbones are universal so they are going to work with your 2022 Ford F-150 and has a dynamic weight capacity of 265-lbs.
